Together with various insurance businesses who have partnered with us on this program, we have placed in excess of 100 graduate candidates into the market since the program’s launch in 2018 and are now looking to leverage the success we have seen and expand the program further across the Country.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN


As an industry, it’s been an ongoing challenge to attract graduate candidates to the Insurance market. There is a lack of true natural progression to the industry via education pathways, with no specific university degree to highlight what a fantastic and versatile industry it is.

We discovered this was a challenge many of our Clients faced and so, we created our Future Insure Graduate Program, which launched in July 2018. We've partnered with a range of key businesses in the Insurance market to create a tailored and unique program that simply works for both our Clients and our Graduate Candidates.

At Fuse Recruitment, we are passionate about Insurance and want to play our part in supporting the long-term development of the industry through a pipeline of new talent and future industry leaders.  Since the launch of Future Insure, we have introduced in excess of 60 happy graduates into the Insurance industry and have been nominated for multiple awards for industry innovation.

What do we need from you?


  • Commitment to employ a minimum of one Graduate each year
  • A minimum first year salary package of $50,000 plus Superannuation
  • A dedicated mentor and support buddy in your business throughout the program
  • Structured learning and development opportunities within your business, ranging from; job rotations, participation in projects, mentoring program, career path mapping and industry networking events
  • Supporting your Graduate (financial and time) with attaining relevant industry accreditation through Gold Seal (e.g. Tier 1, Broking)

Program Investment


The investment to participate in our program is based on the number of graduates placed into your business in any one program year.

The overall investment is $6,000 for your 1st graduate and an additional $5,000 for any additional graduate placed into your business at any time within the same program year.

As part of our graduate placements, we also provide a 3-month‘ candidate guarantee’ where we will ‘replace’ a graduate (free of charge) if they leave or are let go by you within 3 months of commencing (some conditions apply).

CAMERON WATSON, Head of Strategy

Cameron has been with Fuse since 2014 and leads the Group’s strategy function. In his role, Cameron drives strategic development and execution across all elements of our business to ensure we are best positioned to support the long-term success of Fuse for our stakeholders, people, customers and candidates.

With over 30 years’ experience working within both the Recruitment industry and for major insurers within the General Insurance industry, Cameron has held a variety of senior leadership roles across sales and distribution, strategy and operations. Cameron’s capability has contributed significantly to Fuse’s strong year on year performance and will ensure there is an ongoing direct alignment between the long-term vision we have for Fuse and how we execute the strategy with our people, industry sectors, customers and candidates.

With his passion for people, driving long-term value in business and positioning Fuse as a true industry partner in the specialist sectors we operate within, Cameron plays an integral role in helping shape the future direction of Fuse and contributing to our long-term success.

MADELEINE MARTIN, Manager - Insurance & Wealth Management

Madeleine is an experienced Financial Services Recruitment Consultant and she has been specialising in Insurance and Wealth Management Recruitment in the Melbourne market since 2007.

After establishing and running her own agency, ME Recruitment, for a decade, Madeleine joined the Fuse team to further strengthen their reputation as a specialist in the Wealth Management and Insurance sectors. She now leads our Insurance and Wealth Management team with an emphasis on having a strong technical understanding of their markets and a client-centric approach.

Madeleine thrives on developing an in-depth understanding of our client’s businesses and partnering with them to find recruitment solutions to aid them in building high performing teams.

JEREMY MUSSO, Team Leader - Insurance & Wealth Management

Jeremy specialises in the insurance & wealth management industries. In particular, he focuses on claims, insurance broking, financial planning and mortgage broking roles and has placed a broad range of candidates from support to management level.

Jeremy prides himself on establishing strong client relationships and tailors his service to produce quality outcomes for his customers. Through his ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, he has repeatedly introduced high performing candidates to a wide range of insurance and wealth management businesses of all sizes.

SELINA MOCHOYIANNIS, Principal Consultant

Selina launched her recruitment career in 2013 and has since established herself as a specialist in the Financial Services Recruitment field.

Passionate about her relationships and delivering quality results, Selina works closely with both her clients and candidates in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved. Her relationship-focused approach allows her to really connect and deliver high-quality results, which has been the foundation for many successful relationships throughout her career in recruitment.

AARON WHITE, Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a senior member of the Fuse Team, Aaron is able to draw on his 8 years of insurance industry experience, network of relationships and post-grad qualifications to align the highest quality talent with the most suitable client opportunities. With 5 years experience in the insurance industry managing portfolios of all manner of claims, Gary is perfectly positioned to provide candidates and clients support in finding their perfect match.

Gary prides himself on the ability to build professional and personal relationships with his clients ranging from a small family run business to large corporate operations.

SEAN GHADRI, Recruitment Consultant

​Sean commenced with Fuse as an Intern and after quickly showing dedication and promise, he was employed full time as a Recruitment Consultant. He brings a diverse range of skills and acumen gained through his experience studying psychology and previous management roles in the hospitality industry.

Currently working in the Insurance and Wealth Management team, Sean is looking to quickly develop his capabilities and become a recruitment partner of choice for the industry.

​SARAH FRANK, Recruitment Consultant

Sarah has joined Fuse Recruitment from New Zealand after being in the insurance industry for almost three years. She is joining the Insurance and Wealth Management team as a Recruitment Resourcer and will bring with her a wealth of experience in the industry.

With her industry experience and over 8 years of being in client-facing roles, Sarah prides herself on delivering a high level of customer service and building positive relationships. After recently completing her Human Resources degree, Sarah is eager to help candidates through the recruitment process and take the next step in their careers.

​DANIEL BERCOLLI, Recruitment Consultant

With a background in the legal world, Daniel is looking to apply his strong communication and client management skills in a new industry. He brings a diverse range of skills gained through his experience studying law and commerce, as well as working as a lawyer in civil litigation and the insurance industry. Daniel also has experience in management roles in the hospitality industry.

Currently working in the Insurance and Wealth Management team, Daniel is looking to quickly develop his capabilities and skills, as well as build strong relationships with candidates and clients to help them reach their full potential.

AMY HATFIELD, Account Manager

Amy joined the Fuse Family in January 2019 specialising in Insurance and Wealth Management roles across Australia. She supports her team members by ensuring she is speaking to the best talent in the industry.

Amy takes the time to get to know candidates, discuss their career goals and help them find that perfect role. Amy’s worked with junior staff who are starting out in their careers, as well as senior team members with established careers wanting to take the next step.

ALYANA STONEMAN, Recruitment Resourcer

​Alyana has joined the Fuse team as a Recruitment Resourcer, specialising in Insurance and Wealth Management. With over 5 years of retail experience, she prides herself on delivering excellent customer service, fostering relationships and creating a seamless customer experience.

Alyana is passionate about Public Relations/Communications, and really enjoys the process of finding strategic and effective ways to communicate with individuals from all types of backgrounds.

​MONIQUE ABBENHUIS, Recruitment Resourcer

Monique has joined the Fuse team after 8 years in customer service. Having built her way up through management in her previous roles, she understands the importance of the relationship between employees and management. She has acquired many skills across this industry which she looks forward to incorporating into her work here at Fuse. Monique believes in providing a high level of customer service and positive relationships.

Monique is currently working in the Insurance and Wealth Management team and is excited to develop and build relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

LEAZA TABONE, Recruitment Resourcer

Part of the Insurance and Wealth Management team, Leaza is dedicated and determined to build relationships with her candidates to ensure they land in their desired roles.

Leaza has completed a Diploma of Business and a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Human Resource Management.
